We set Kurrent up with you. It runs on a Telnyx account of your own.
The questions we get most.
- How does KX21 pricing work?
- Each product is priced against the bill it replaces. KontrolX and Kurrent are 50% off what you pay now. Komms is 8¢ a minute, phone call included. Kapture is $0.001 a token. Every plan has every feature.
- Does KX21 add anything to what other companies charge you?
- No. Your own phone company, storage, data and AI accounts bill you directly, at their price. The one exception is Komms, where the phone call is included in the 8¢ a minute.
- What do you pay KX21 for?
- Komms: 8¢ for each minute the AI is on a call, phone call and voice included. Kapture: $0.001 a token. KontrolX and Kurrent: one monthly fee, 50% off your current bill. Komms and Kapture have a $20 smallest purchase.
- What do the four KX21 products cost?
- Kapture: $0.001 a recording, $0.005 a completed form and $15 a month for unlimited e-signatures, with your own storage; 2,000 free tokens to start. Komms: 8¢ a minute, phone call included; 625 free minutes to start. KontrolX: 50% off your current bill, with a base rate that starts at $2,500 a month. Kurrent: 50% off your current call-tracking bill, minimum $1,795 a month. The 50% includes phone charges.
- Do bigger plans unlock more features?
- No. Every plan comes with every feature. The price follows how much you use, never a feature switch.
- Who owns the accounts, keys and data?
- You do. The provider accounts, the API keys and the stored records stay in your name. Recordings and lead records live in your own storage. Leaving KX21 does not mean leaving your data behind.
Lease the platform. Own your data.
Every KX21 product works the same way.
Every feature, one price
You pay for what you use. Nothing is held back for a bigger plan.
Keep what you already pay for
Kurrent runs on your own phone carrier, at its price. Kapture keeps records in your own storage or ours. Komms includes the phone call in 8¢ a minute.
Set it up by typing
Connect Claude or your own AI assistant to KontrolX, then type what you want: who gets each lead and what happens next.
Charts and reports come with it.
Komms · AI IVR
Replace your phone menu with an AI agent
No more “press 1 for sales.” A Komms agent answers every call, asks what the caller needs, and handles it the way a live agent would: answers the question, screens and qualifies the caller, takes a message or transfers to the right person.
Phone menu vs. Komms
| Phone menu (IVR) | Komms | |
|---|---|---|
| How callers say what they want | Press keys from a list | Say it in their own words |
| A question nobody planned for | No option for it | Answers from your documents, or takes a message |
| Screening and qualifying | Not possible | Asks your questions and checks the answers |
| Getting to a person | Press 0 and wait | Transfers to the right person or team, with the details |
| Languages | One menu per language | English and Spanish |
What the agent does on each call
- Answers every call
- Day or night, every call at once. No hold queue for the menu.
- Screens callers
- Asks who is calling and why, and can check the number against your own systems before going on.
- Qualifies callers
- Asks your questions one at a time and takes the call down a different path for each answer.
- Answers questions
- Hours, prices, addresses, policies: from the documents you load.
- Takes messages
- Name, number and what it is about, read back to the caller, then sent to your inbox, CRM or other software.
- Transfers to a person
- To the right team or person, and callers can always ask to speak to someone.

Questions
- What is an AI IVR?
- An AI IVR answers a phone line with an AI agent instead of a keypad menu. The caller says what they need in their own words, and the agent answers, asks follow-up questions or sends the call to the right person. Komms does this for $0.08 a minute with the phone call included.
- Can an AI agent replace a phone menu?
- Yes. A Komms agent answers every call, works out what the caller needs, answers from your documents, screens and qualifies callers, takes messages and transfers to a person or team. Callers do not press keys or sit through a list of options.
- How much does it cost to replace an IVR with Komms?
- $0.08 a minute with the phone call, the AI and a standard voice included, plus $15 a month per phone number. 3,000 calls a month at one minute each is about $255. There is no setup fee and no per-agent fee.
- Can Komms send calls to my team's computers?
- Yes, with Kurrent. Kurrent routes each call to a phone, a softphone or a browser, and your website can have a call button that rings through the browser too. Komms can answer first and transfer to the right person.
- Does Komms work with my existing phone number?
- Yes. Forward your number to Komms, or move the number over. Forwarding can be for all calls, when busy, or when no one answers.
