# KX21 > The Platform People. Four products for running leads, calls and consent. You license the software for one monthly fee and own everything under it: connect your own carrier, storage and model accounts and pay those providers directly, at your own wholesale rates. KX21 takes zero margin on third-party usage. The only meters are our own: Komms voice at $0.08 a minute, phone call included (billed in 6-second increments, plus $15 a month per phone number), and Kapture tokens at $0.001 each, flat. KX21, Inc. · Las Vegas, NV, USA · [Contact](https://kx21.com/contact) ## Start here - [KX21](https://kx21.com/): The whole platform on one page — what the four products do, who they are for, and how the pricing works. ## Products - [Free 30 Min Demo](https://kx21.com/demo): Pick a time for a 30-minute Zoom demo. - [Log in or sign up](https://kx21.com/login): Kapture (kapture.kx21.com) and Komms (komms.kx21.com) are self-serve. KontrolX and Kurrent start with a demo. - [Questions](https://kx21.com/faq): Every question people ask about the four products, answered in one place with the published prices — the same answers printed on each product page. - [Kapture](https://kx21.com/kapture): Proof of submission — one script tag records the session, agent-built hosted forms, replayable tamper-proof records in your own storage, e-signatures and co-registration. Tokens at a flat $0.001 each, with a $20 minimum purchase, used as needed. A completed form — filled in and sent, with the video and the proof — is 5 tokens: $0.004 for the form and $0.001 for the recording, $0.005 with your own connected storage. An abandoned form you keep, started but never sent, is 1. E-signatures are $0.25 a signed document pay as you go (250 tokens with your own bucket, 500 on KX21-hosted storage), or $15/mo flat for unlimited with your own bucket — no seats either way. On KX21-hosted storage a submission is 15 tokens, retention is 90 days and abandoned visits are not kept. Building forms is free. New accounts start with 2,000 free tokens; with a card on file the wallet can run 10,000 tokens negative. A completed form is half a cent with your own connected storage, at any volume. Against a typical market price of about $0.04 to certify a lead, 1,000,000 completed forms is $5,000 rather than $40,000. - [Komms](https://kx21.com/komms): AI voice agents built as a node graph — typed responses, sub-workflows, human transfer, event webhooks, and the same script as an embeddable web chat widget. $0.08 a minute, phone call included — inbound and outbound calls, model and standard voice included, billed in 6-second increments; $15 a month per phone number; $20 minimum purchase. - [KontrolX](https://kx21.com/kontrolx): Lead orchestration — intake validation, screeners, enrichment, buyer placement routing, lifecycles and missions, datasets and a knowledge base. Operable over 100+ MCP tools. 50% off your current lead software bill, minimum $2,500/mo, for the whole platform. - [Kurrent](https://kx21.com/kurrent): SIP routing and call tracking on your own carrier account (Telnyx by default, or bring your own carrier) — SIP and DID sources, number management, per-source rate limits (concurrent/invites-min/calls-sec), blacklist + validator-API chain + destination pre-ping (your own vendor keys, never marked up) with whitelist, call log, Kamailio logs, webhooks and API. Priced at 50% off the call-tracking bill you already pay, minimum $1,795/mo, with no volume tiers; carriage bills to your own Telnyx account at cost — from $0.0032/min inbound local, $0.015/min inbound toll-free, $0.005/min outbound, numbers from $1.00/mo, call recording $0.002/min, transcription on your own Groq key at $0.04/hour, recordings to your own R2 or S3 bucket. Kurrent is 50% off your current call tracking bill, minimum $1,795 a month; send a current invoice and KX21 prices the same traffic against it. - [Everything included in Kapture](https://kx21.com/kapture#included): hosted forms built from a sentence or one script tag on your own form, field masking, full session replay, tamper-proof proof of submission with the consent wording, drop-off chart, e-signatures with templates, several signers, reminders and recorded signing, kap_vid buyer lookup and public verify API, signed webhooks, blacklist and SMS code checks, co-registration, and storage in your own bucket. - [Everything included in Komms](https://kx21.com/komms#included): node-by-node script builder with typed answers, reusable stages, inbound and outbound campaigns with their own numbers, human transfer, API calls and knowledge-base answers mid-call, built-in handling for humans, holds, reschedules, DNC and abuse, event webhooks with field mapping, transcripts, API, and the same script as a web chat widget. - [Everything included in KontrolX](https://kx21.com/kontrolx#included): profiles and workflows, blacklist, duplicate and field screening, enrichment on your own vendor keys with cost logging, buyer routing with live-bid pricing, vendor terms, lifecycles, actions, triggers, webhooks with replay, datasets, custom dashboards, knowledge bases, full API, 100+ MCP tools, sandbox and live environments, no seat fees. - [Everything included in Kurrent](https://kx21.com/kurrent#included): your own Telnyx account, number sync and ordering, SIP trunks, SIP and DID sources with their own routing and limits, blacklist then validator APIs then pre-ping before the call rings, recording and transcription to your own accounts, call log, raw SIP logs, webhooks, API, and a KontrolX connection. ## Tools - [Bill audit](https://kx21.com/audit): Pick the bill you pay today — e-signature, lead recording, voice AI, call tracking or lead software — enter the numbers on it, and see the same month on KX21 at the published rates. Runs in the browser; nothing is uploaded. - [E-signature audit](https://kx21.com/audit/e-sign): Seats you pay for, price per seat, documents signed a month, priced on Kapture: $0.25 a signed document pay as you go, or $15/mo flat for unlimited e-signatures, however many people sign each. Ten seats at $30 with 500 documents/mo is $300 today and $15 on Kapture. - [Lead recording audit](https://kx21.com/audit/forms): Recordings or certificates a month and the price each, priced on Kapture at $0.001 a lead recording with your own connected storage, with its video and proof. A million recordings at $0.04 is $40,000 today and $1,000 on Kapture with your own connected storage. - [Voice AI audit](https://kx21.com/audit/voice-ai): Minutes of calls, your per-minute rate and any platform fee, against Komms at $0.08 a minute, phone call included — the phone call, the AI and a standard voice included — and no platform fee. 100,000 minutes at $0.13 is $13,000 today and $8,000 on Komms. - [Call-tracking audit](https://kx21.com/audit/call-tracking): Drop a call-tracking or dialer invoice and it is read in the browser, reconciled to its own total, sorted into carrier and software, and priced on Kurrent with minutes on your own Telnyx account at Telnyx’s price. Or type the bill and the minutes. - [Lead software audit](https://kx21.com/audit/lead-software): Monthly lead-platform spend against KontrolX: 50% off the bill, base rate from $2,500/mo, data vendors billing direct. Shows the ceiling; the invoice gets the real number. ## Guides - [TCPA proof of consent](https://kx21.com/tcpa): What a TCPA consent record has to show, how long to keep it, and who should hold it, in plain English with links to the FCC and FTC rules. The FCC one-to-one consent rule was vacated by the Eleventh Circuit on 24 January 2025; prior express written consent still applies. - [Recorded e-signature](https://kx21.com/recorded-e-signature): An electronic signature that comes with a replay of the signer’s whole session (the document they saw, what they typed, when they signed), not just an audit trail. Kapture can record each signing this way (one toggle), with the signed PDF in your own storage; unlimited e-signatures $15/mo. - [Learn](https://kx21.com/learn): Short videos and plain-English answers: what a CRM is, how e-signatures work, call tracking, lead routing, APIs, SIP trunks, VoIP and phone numbers. - [Learn: What is a CRM?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-a-crm): CRM means customer relationship management: one place to keep track of every customer, sale and call. What a CRM does, where it goes wrong, and how to keep bad leads out. - [Learn: How does e-sign work?](https://kx21.com/learn/how-e-signatures-work): How to sign a document online, step by step: upload it, send it, sign with a click. Whether e-signatures are legal, and what they cost. - [Learn: What is call tracking?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-call-tracking): Call tracking tells you which ad or web page made your phone ring, and what happened on the call. How it works, and how to stop overpaying for phone minutes. - [Learn: How does call tracking work?](https://kx21.com/learn/how-call-tracking-works): How call tracking works, step by step: the number, the call, the checks, connecting the call, and the record. Shown in Kurrent. - [Learn: How does lead routing work?](https://kx21.com/learn/how-lead-routing-works): How lead routing works, step by step: a new lead comes in, gets checked, filled in, sent to the right buyer, and tracked. Shown in KontrolX. - [Learn: What is a SIP trunk?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-a-sip-trunk): SIP is the set of rules that starts and ends a phone call over the internet. A SIP trunk is a phone line that runs over the internet. What each does, and SIP vs VoIP. - [Learn: What is an API?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-an-api): An API is how one piece of software talks to another, with no person in the middle. A plain-English explanation, a real example, and why it matters to your business. - [Learn: What is pre-ping?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-pre-ping): Pre-ping means asking first: before a lead or a call is sent, a quick check asks if it should go through. What it can check, and why it gets you paid more often. - [Learn: What is VoIP?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-voip): VoIP means phone calls that travel over the internet instead of old phone lines. What VoIP is, what a VoIP number is, what you need, and how it differs from SIP. - [Learn: What is a toll-free number?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-a-toll-free-number): A toll-free number is free for the caller: the business pays for the call. Which codes are toll-free, how they work, and what a toll-free minute costs. - [Learn: What is an IVR?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-an-ivr): IVR means interactive voice response: the phone menu that says "press 1 for sales". What an IVR does, where it frustrates callers, and how an AI agent differs. - [Learn: What is a DID number?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-a-did-number): A DID number is a phone number that rings straight through to a person, a team or a system. What DID means, what businesses use DIDs for, and what one costs. - [Learn: What is BYOC?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-byoc): BYOC means bring your own carrier: you keep your own phone company account and plug it into your call software, so nobody marks up your minutes. - [Learn: What does a SIP trunk cost?](https://kx21.com/learn/sip-trunk-pricing): SIP trunks are priced three ways: per minute, per channel, and per phone number. What each charge means, with a real price list as an example. - [Learn: Electronic signature vs digital signature](https://kx21.com/learn/electronic-signature-vs-digital-signature): An electronic signature is any way of signing online. A digital signature is one kind, backed by a certificate. Which one you need, and whether both are legal. - [Learn: How does lead validation work?](https://kx21.com/learn/how-lead-validation-works): Lead validation means checking a lead before you pay for it or call it: is it a repeat, is the phone number real, and did the person agree to be contacted? - [Learn: Checking calls in real time](https://kx21.com/learn/validating-calls-in-real-time): Most businesses find out a call was bad after it is over. Checking calls in real time means every call is checked before the phone rings. How it works in Kurrent. - [Learn: Are you overpaying for your CRM?](https://kx21.com/learn/overpaying-for-your-crm): Most lead software charges three ways: a monthly fee that grows, a fee on every lead, and marked-up look-ups. How to read your bill, and how KontrolX charges half. - [Learn: Are you overpaying for call tracking?](https://kx21.com/learn/overpaying-for-call-tracking): The biggest line on a call tracking bill is almost always minutes, resold to you for more than the phone company charges. How to read the bill and cut it. - [Learn: What does owning your infrastructure mean?](https://kx21.com/learn/own-your-infrastructure): Owning your infrastructure means the accounts your business runs on are in your name: your phone numbers, your recordings, your data. Why it matters when you leave. - [Learn: What is a webhook?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-a-webhook): A webhook is a message one piece of software sends to another the moment something happens. How it works, a real example, and how it differs from an API. - [Learn: What is call forwarding?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-call-forwarding): Call forwarding sends a call that comes in on one phone number to another number. How it works, the common kinds, and how a business forwards calls by rule. - [Learn: What is a PBX?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-a-pbx): A PBX is a business phone system: it connects the phones inside a company to each other and to the outside world. What it does, and what a cloud PBX is. - [Learn: What is STIR/SHAKEN?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-stir-shaken): STIR/SHAKEN is the system US phone companies use to check that the caller ID on a call is real. What it does, the three ratings, and what it means for your calls. - [Learn: What is an answering service?](https://kx21.com/learn/what-is-an-answering-service): An answering service picks up your business calls when you cannot: it takes messages, answers common questions and passes on urgent calls. How it is priced. - [What a TCPA consent record has to contain](https://kx21.com/tcpa/consent-records): The FCC definition of prior express written consent (47 CFR 64.1200(f)(9)) and the five items the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule requires in a consent record (16 CFR 310.5(a)(8)), mapped to a recorded form submission. - [How long to keep TCPA consent records](https://kx21.com/tcpa/retention): Four years to sue (28 U.S.C. 1658), counted from each call; five years of records under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule. Kapture writes records to the customer's own bucket; KX21-hosted storage keeps them only 90 days, which is not long enough for TCPA. - [Proof of Yes](https://kx21.com/kapture/proof-of-yes): Recorded proof a customer agreed: opt-ins, consent to a named company, terms and conditions, cancellation and refund policies, subscription and free-trial terms, payment authorizations, service agreements, waivers and arbitration clauses. Kapture records the wording on screen, the click and the time, kept in the business's own storage for $0.001 a record. It proves what was shown; it does not make wording compliant or stop fraud chargebacks. - [Chargebacks and Proof of Yes](https://kx21.com/kapture/chargebacks): Which chargebacks a checkout record helps with (Visa 13.7, 13.3; Mastercard 4853; Amex C05, C28), which it doesn't (fraud, services not delivered), and why banks need stills, not video. ## Use cases - [Record your first form in about 2 minutes](https://kx21.com/kapture/start): Sign up free, copy one script tag, wrap your form, and watch your first recorded submission. 2,000 free tokens, no credit card. - [Your first AI voice agent in about 10 minutes](https://kx21.com/komms/start): Sign up free, set up the campaign, build the flow, test it in Chat, then buy a number and go live. 50,000 free tokens (about 625 minutes), no credit card. - [A tour of the Komms interface](https://kx21.com/komms/tour): See the screens behind a Komms AI voice and chat agent: the flow builder, one-click campaign testing, call and chat logs with reply timing, website chat and calendar setup. - [KX21 for call centers](https://kx21.com/call-centers): The KX21 stack for call centers: record every lead and its consent, check and route leads, screen calls before the phone rings, AI voice agents at $0.08 a minute, and unlimited e-sign. Ringba's own $147/$297 plans, $0.05–0.055/min and $2–4/number, priced against Kurrent line by line — 45% cheaper at 1,000,000 minutes/mo per KX21's own published comparison. - [DocuSign, compared](https://kx21.com/compare/docusign): Kapture is 95% cheaper than DocuSign: $15 vs $300 a month for 10 Standard seats, for unlimited e-sign with your own storage bucket. ActiveProspect's last public rates (1 September 2026) were TrustedForm Certify free and Retain/Verify from $0.15 each, now shown only after sign-up; at real volume it quotes privately behind a $24,000/yr contracted minimum. Buyers report roughly $0.04 to certify a lead generally — that figure is not ActiveProspect's or TrustedForm's own published price; it is an unattributed typical market price, not attributed to any named vendor here either. Kapture publishes its rate in full at every volume: $0.001 a lead recording, session video and tamper-proof proof included, stored in your own bucket; $0.005 if Kapture also builds and hosts the form. - Komms replaces per-minute voice-AI meters such as Retell, at $0.08 a minute, phone call included, with the phone call, the AI and a standard voice included. - KontrolX replaces lead-management platforms such as LeadsPedia at 50% off your bill, base rate from $2,500/mo. - Kurrent replaces call-tracking meters such as Ringba, at one monthly fee priced against the invoice you pay today, with minutes on your own Telnyx account at Telnyx’s price. ## Talks - [How to Build a Compliant Process for Inbound Calls](https://kx21.com/talks/tcpa/): The full Contact.IO 2026 session by Jordan Soblick, published as a readable deck. Inbound call compliance is a process, not a policy: the workflow, checkpoints and third-party services that reduce compliance risk on raw inbound calls without adding friction — treating every inbound as an outbound, hosted webform capture with pre- and post-ping, IVR verification, litigation scrubs, carrier dip analysis, reverifying express consent on every call, and cutting bad actors as soon as they show. ## Events - [Events](https://kx21.com/events): Where to find KX21 in person. Contact.IO 2026 runs 23–25 August 2026 in Denver; KX21 is there with a table on the floor, a conference-stage session, and an invite-only evening. - [An Evening with KX21 · Contact.IO 2026](https://kx21.com/events/contact-io-2026): Monday 24 August 2026, 4–6pm MDT, Hyatt Regency at the Colorado Convention Center, Denver. Eight cases — unused seats, per-minute markups on carrier rates, features locked a tier up, free trials that never stop billing, a chargeback lost over a cancel policy — each closed with the published KX21 price for the same usage. Watch at kx21.com/platform-police, on YouTube or on Instagram @kx21_com. - [Case 01: Ten Seats](https://kx21.com/platform-police/ten-seats): Ten seats, two signers, $300 a month. The Platform Police price the same 500 documents on Kapture: $15. 36-second case, the bill, and the math. - [Case 02: Twelve Months](https://kx21.com/platform-police/twelve-months): A twelve-month contract, last login in March, eight months left to pay. The Platform Police on why KX21 has no contract: you stop the day you stop using it. - [Case 03: Four Cents](https://kx21.com/platform-police/four-cents): A million lead recordings at $0.04 each is $40,000. The Platform Police price the same million on Kapture, with the video and the proof: $1,000 with your own connected storage. 34-second case, the bill, and the math. - [Case 04: The Bill That Grows Faster](https://kx21.com/platform-police/the-bill-that-grows-faster): TrackDrive publishes local tracking at $0.0550 a minute, falling to $0.0250 at an $8,000/mo commitment — still about eight times Telnyx's $0.0032. The Platform Police on paying the carrier direct. 50-second case. - [Case 05: One Tier Up](https://kx21.com/platform-police/one-tier-up): She is on Standard. The feature is in the product, one tier up. The Platform Police on why KX21 has no tiers: if it is in the product, it is yours. 34-second case. - [Case 06: The Free Trial](https://kx21.com/platform-police/the-free-trial): A thirty-day trial, billed since day 31, every month since. The Platform Police on KX21 with no contract and no auto-renew: you stop the day you say so. 33-second case. - [Case 07: Thirteen Cents](https://kx21.com/platform-police/thirteen-cents): Thirteen cents a minute, then a platform fee, then marked-up numbers. The Platform Police price the same minutes on Komms: $0.08, with the phone call, the AI and the voice included, no platform fee. 39-second case. - [Case 08: The Checkbox](https://kx21.com/platform-police/the-checkbox): A buyer says they never agreed to the cancel policy; the merchant sends the bank today's checkout page, not the page the buyer saw. Closed with Kapture Proof of Yes: this buyer's own checkout record for $0.001 with your own connected storage. It does not claim the dispute would have been won. - [Investors](https://kx21.com/investors): The investment case — contact centers are labor businesses taxed by per-minute, per-lead and per-seat vendors before they earn. What KX21 replaces, and modeled savings of 45–79% at four labor rates against one operator's actual monthly bill. Illustrative, not a projection or an offer. - [Contact](https://kx21.com/contact): Talk to us, migrations, and priced comparisons. - [Press](https://kx21.com/press): Announcements from KX21, Inc. in full, with the media contact. - [Kapture goes live: e-sign with recordings, unlimited for $15 a month](https://kx21.com/press/kapture-launch): 22 September 2026, Las Vegas, Nevada. Kapture GA release: one tool builds forms, signs documents and records sessions at one flat token price — $0.001 a token, $15 a month for unlimited e-signatures with no seats, 2,000 free tokens to start, $20 minimum purchase. - [KX21 launches a platform that cuts software costs by up to 50%](https://kx21.com/press/kx21-launch): 18 August 2026, Las Vegas, Nevada. Launch release for lead orchestration, call tracking, e-signature and AI voice on one monthly fee, with usage billed to your own provider accounts at their price. ## Optional - [Full site text](https://kx21.com/llms-full.txt): Every page of this site as plain text, generated from the pages themselves. - [Privacy Policy](https://kx21.com/static/privacy.html) - [Terms of Service](https://kx21.com/static/terms.html) - [Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information](https://kx21.com/static/do-not-sell.html) - [Cookie Policy](https://kx21.com/static/cookie-policy.html) - [Accessibility](https://kx21.com/static/accessibility.html) ## Questions ### KontrolX — https://kx21.com/kontrolx - What is KontrolX? KontrolX is lead orchestration software. It validates each incoming lead, runs your screeners and enrichment steps in order, routes the lead to buyers on the terms each buyer set, and tracks cost and revenue from the first form to the payout. Profiles, lifecycles, buyer portals and the ledger live in it, so it is the system of record for your leads rather than a layer on top of a CRM. - How much does KontrolX cost? 50% off the bill you pay now, starting at $2,500 a month. That covers everything KontrolX does, with no charge per lead. If you buy data or lead checks from other companies, they keep billing you directly at their price. We add nothing on top. - What is a screener in KontrolX? A screener decides whether a lead may proceed before any enrichment cost is spent. Built-in screeners are blacklist match, duplicate control and input validation, and you can add your own, such as a suppression-list vendor. A pre-ping screener answers a supplier's ping before the lead is posted; a post screener only sees a posted lead. - What is an enrichment in KontrolX? An enrichment is one governed lookup, external or internal, recorded on the lead with who ran it, when, and what it cost: phone verification, a TCPA certificate check against a TrustedForm or Jornaya ID, a state routing rule, a post to a buyer's endpoint. Steps run in order or only when a rule is met, using your own vendor keys, with soft or hard failure modes and a resubmit policy per type. - How does buyer routing work in KontrolX? Each workflow declares the intake fields and enrichments a lead must have, a default price, and an ordered list of buyers. Every buyer has its own delivery channel and can be set to live-bid pricing, where KontrolX asks the buyer's endpoint for a bid before placing. You can see where every lead landed and what was paid. - Can I run KontrolX from Claude or Cursor? Yes. More than 100 MCP tools cover the platform: profiles, intakes, placements, lifecycles, actions and webhooks for daily operation, plus workflow configuration, buyer onboarding, vendor pairing, datasets, knowledge bases, dashboards and bulk loads. Anything you can do in the admin you can do from an MCP client. - Does KontrolX replace a data warehouse? For lead operations, yes. Datasets turn leads, placements and payouts into typed tables, and metric dashboards compute accept rates, totals and breakdowns on the server. A mid-size Fivetran, Snowflake and BI setup runs $3,000 to $6,000 a month; here it is part of the platform fee with no pipeline to run and no per-seat charge. - Can I load leads I already have? Yes, two ways. A historical load writes profile facts from a CSV with no pipeline, so nothing is screened, enriched or placed. A live bulk load pushes each CSV row through the full intake pipeline as if it had just arrived, attributed to the vendor and workflow you name. - What is a workflow in KontrolX? One workflow per real business event or channel, locked to one profile type. It owns the data it requires, its screening and enrichment steps, its buyer routing, its lifecycle states and the automations that fire when a step finishes. Two arrival paths that differ in any of those are two workflows. ### Kurrent — https://kx21.com/kurrent - What is Kurrent? Kurrent is call tracking and SIP routing that runs on your own carrier account: Telnyx, or bring your own carrier. Every SIP user and phone number becomes a source you can route, rate-limit, screen and log, with a call log, SIP logs, webhooks and an API. The minutes and numbers are billed to you by the carrier at its own rates. - How much does Kurrent cost? 50% off the call tracking bill you pay today, minimum $1,795 a month, as one monthly fee, so your total call tracking cost drops by about half. The minimum is $1,795 a month. You pay the phone company for your minutes and numbers directly, at their price. On Telnyx that is: calls to a local number from $0.0032 a minute, toll-free from $0.015, outbound from $0.005, local numbers from $1.00 a month, and call recording at $0.002 a minute. - Do I need my own Telnyx account? You need your own carrier account. Telnyx is the default: connect it once and Kurrent syncs your numbers and can place orders for new ones. You can also bring your own carrier. Either way the carrier bills you directly for minutes and numbers; KX21 never sees that invoice and takes nothing on it. - Does Kurrent mark up minutes or numbers? No. We charge nothing per minute and add nothing to a single minute or number. The only thing you pay KX21 is the monthly software fee. - How does Kurrent screen a call before it rings? In order: the caller's number is checked against your blacklist API, then a chain of validator APIs you choose, such as a line-type dip, consent lookup or fraud score, every one of which must pass, then a pre-ping asks the destination whether it will take the call. Any failure runs the action you configured instead of connecting the call. Each check uses your own API contract and is never marked up. - What limits can I set per source? Concurrent calls, SIP invites per minute and calls per second, each set per source. A whitelist can restrict which destination numbers a source may reach. - Can I get call events in real time? Yes. Subscribe a webhook to call events and they arrive at your endpoint as they happen. The call log and the SIP-level logs are also available in the console and over the API. - How does Kurrent compare to Ringba or TrackDrive? Ringba lists $147 and $297 plans, plus $0.05 to $0.055 a minute and $2 to $4 a number. TrackDrive lists eleven separate per-use charges across six plans. Kurrent charges none of those: one monthly fee, and you pay the phone company for minutes directly, at their price. The comparison pages price both line by line. - What does 'bring us your bill' mean for call tracking? Send the invoice you pay today. We split it into what goes to the phone company and what goes to software, check that it adds up, and price it on Kurrent with your minutes moved to Telnyx at their price. Most bills come back at half or less. If yours does not, we say so. ### Kapture — https://kx21.com/kapture - What is Kapture? Kapture does three jobs with one pixel: it builds a hosted form from a plain-English description or imports the HTML form you already have, sends documents for e-signature with no per-seat charge, and records what happened when someone submitted, every field, the page they saw and the consent they gave, as a replay plus a tamper-proof proof record kept in storage you own. - How much does Kapture cost? Every token is $0.001, flat, with a $20 minimum purchase, and new accounts start with 2,000 free tokens that never expire, with no credit card needed. With your own storage bucket a completed form is 5 tokens, a lead recording you keep is 1 token, and a signed document is 250 tokens, or $15 a month for unlimited e-signatures. On KX21-hosted storage a submission is 15 tokens and a signed document 500. Building forms is free. - What is the difference between a lead recording and a completed form? A lead recording is the session video and proof for a lead on a form you already run, at 1 token, $0.001, with your own connected storage. A completed form is a form Kapture built and hosts, with the submission and its recording, at 5 tokens, $0.005, with your own connected storage, or 15 tokens, $0.015, on KX21 storage. Both are flat at every volume. - When does Kapture start recording? Not on page load. The pixel opens a session but records nothing until the visitor touches the form you declared for it. If you want recording to wait for something else, such as a consent click, switch the pixel to manual capture and it records only after your page calls startCapture. That is also why an installed tag with no declared form produces empty replays. - Where are the recordings stored? In your own bucket: Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces, Telnyx storage or any S3-compatible endpoint. Kapture tests the bucket, writes the CORS rule and, on Telnyx, creates it for you. Records stay with you if you leave. KX21-hosted storage is the alternative: records are kept for 90 days and abandoned visits are not kept. - How does a buyer verify a Kapture record? Every certified capture carries an id in a hidden form field, kap_vid, that travels with the lead. Anyone you share with can look that id up to see the replay and the proof, and a public REST API key lets a dialer or buyer system verify it automatically. You can also share one submission by email or issue a public replay link that expires, seven days by default. - Can Kapture push each lead to my systems? Yes. A webhook on the pixel receives every captured lead as a signed POST with an HMAC secret you hold, with a test delivery and a delivery log per webhook. A blacklist check against your own API can tag a lead before it is forwarded, and an SMS verification step through your own provider can confirm the phone number on the form. - Does Kapture mask sensitive fields? Yes. Point it at the page and it inspects the form in a headless browser, identifies the fields and their types, and writes the pixel's mask policy from what it finds, so card numbers and other sensitive inputs are masked in the replay. It also reports whether the tag is actually installed and a form is declared. - Can I see where visitors abandon a form? Yes. Sessions are classed as certified, submitted with a real recording, or abandoned. For abandoned sessions the drop-off funnel shows how many reached each field in order, so you can see which question loses people. Keeping the abandoned recordings themselves is optional, 1 token each on your own bucket. - Does Kapture support co-registration? Yes. A master pixel records your opt-in page and carries a list of partner pixels. Each partner sees only its own hop and the master's; the master sees the whole chain for one visitor, across several pages or on one page. Partners connect by invitation and can revoke the connection at any time. - Does e-signature cost per seat? No. A signed document is $0.25 pay as you go, however many people sign it, or $15 a month for unlimited e-signatures with a verified bucket of your own. Templates are built from an uploaded PDF with mapped fields, support several signers, send automatic reminders, and can record the signing session as one more Kapture capture. - Does Kapture replace TrustedForm? For proof of consent on your own forms, it records the same thing and keeps it in your bucket. Tamper-evident consent records are not a category Kapture invented, and no tool can promise a TCPA outcome. ### Komms — https://kx21.com/komms - What is Komms? Komms is an AI voice agent you build as a flow of questions. Each node is one turn with a typed answer, a yes or no, a number, a date or a choice, and each answer routes to the next step. The same script runs inbound, outbound and as a web chat widget on your site. - How much does Komms cost? 8¢ for each minute the AI is on a call. That includes the AI, a standard voice, transcripts, webhooks and the API. There is no monthly platform fee and no charge per agent. New accounts get 50,000 free tokens ($50, about 625 minutes of calls) with no credit card. After that, the smallest purchase is $20. The phone call itself is included in the 8¢, in and out, billed in 6-second steps. The only other charge is $15 a month per phone number. Anything extra you add yourself, like a premium voice, bills to you directly. Bring us your bill: you may get a lower price at your volume. - Does Komms handle inbound and outbound calls? Yes. The campaign type sets the direction, and each campaign has its own number, agent name, company and time zone. - Can the agent transfer to a person? Yes. Hand off to a set number or one chosen during the call, blind or announced, optionally asking the receiver to press a key to accept, with 1 to 10 attempts and a 5 to 120 second timeout each. - What events can Komms send to my systems? Answer, end of call, no answer, reschedule, DNC, DNQ, qualified, transferred and transfer busy, each as a webhook with fields mapped to your own keys. - Can the agent call an API mid-call? Yes. API and script tools run between turns, so the agent can check eligibility, look up a record in your CRM or hit any endpoint, then route the call on what came back. It can also answer caller questions from a knowledge base you load and return to the script where it left off. - What happens when a caller goes off script? Every turn is checked for intent. Asking for a human, holding, rescheduling, do-not-call requests, abuse and stuck loops are handled by built-in global paths, so you do not build a branch for each. - How does Komms compare to Retell, Bland and Vapi? Retell lists $0.07 to $0.31 a minute. Bland charges $0.14 a minute with no monthly fee, or $0.12 with a $299 monthly fee. Vapi lists $0.05 a minute, but speech-to-text, the AI and the voice cost extra. Komms is 8¢ a minute with the phone call, the AI and a standard voice included, and no monthly fee. The comparison pages show each at 100,000 minutes. - Can I try the agent before buying? Yes. The Komms page has a live number; the agent that answers is the same one that answers for customers, with no sandbox and no script for you to follow. - How fast does Komms answer? On our live demo line, Komms starts its reply in a typical (median) 162 milliseconds after the caller stops talking; 90% of turns started within 211 ms, across 1,048 turns on Oct 6–7, 2026, from the Komms call logs. Generating the voice and the phone network add to what the caller hears. Every call report shows the timing for each turn, and you can test it yourself at +1 (618) 228-1183, a live SSDI intake line where calls are recorded. ### compare/jornaya — https://kx21.com/compare/jornaya - How much does Jornaya cost? Jornaya is no longer sold on its own. Jornaya.com and leadid.com both send you to verisk.com, and the product is now part of ActiveProspect. ActiveProspect's large-account contracts take a spend of $24,000/yr or more. Its pay-as-you-go prices are shown only after you create an account. - Does Jornaya still have its own pricing page? No. Both jornaya.com and leadid.com send you to verisk.com, which does not price Jornaya either. - Who owns Jornaya now? ActiveProspect, which also owns TrustedForm. On 8 January 2026 it announced it was buying Verisk Marketing Solutions, the owner of Jornaya and LeadiD. - Is there a Jornaya alternative? Yes. Kapture records the session and proof for a lead on a form you already run, for $0.001/certificate at every volume, with your own connected storage. A form Kapture builds and hosts, with its recording, is $0.005/certificate with your own storage, or $0.015 on KX21 storage. - What does ActiveProspect publish about Jornaya pricing? Nothing under the Jornaya name. Its pricing page shows a contract plan that takes $24,000/yr or more in spend, with features split at $50,000/yr. As of 26 September 2026 it no longer shows pay-as-you-go prices without an account. ### compare/trustedform — https://kx21.com/compare/trustedform - How much does TrustedForm cost? ActiveProspect, which sells TrustedForm, no longer shows its pay-as-you-go prices on its public pricing page. You create an account to see them. The last prices we saw publicly, on 1 September 2026, were: Certify free, Verify from $0.15/lead and Retain from $0.15/certificate. Large accounts sign a contract of $24,000/yr or more. - Does ActiveProspect publish TrustedForm prices? It says it does. Its pricing page says pay-as-you-go products are sold at standard published rates. But on 26 September 2026 that page showed no prices, and its only link went to an account sign-up. The tab that used to list prices for individuals and small teams is gone. - Is there an alternative to TrustedForm? Yes. OptInFix is the closest match, with session replay from $79/mo, about $0.015 to $0.016 a recording. Kapture records proof on a form you already run for $0.001/certificate with your own connected storage. Our TrustedForm alternatives page compares eight options. - Who owns Jornaya and TrustedForm? DocuSign does sell unlimited envelopes on its IAM plans, from $150 a month (three users at $50). - What happens when you run out of DocuSign envelopes? You pre-purchase an envelope pack to cover more volume. Most teams buy a few seats plus envelope packs instead, and DocuSign does not publish what those packs cost. - How much does an e-signature cost on Kapture? A signed document on Kapture is $0.25 pay as you go, however many people sign it, or $15 a month flat for unlimited e-signatures with your own storage bucket. Each plan includes a monthly response count and also publishes a maximum: 750 a month on Basic, 2,500 on Plus and 50,000 on Business. When a form reaches the plan's limit it stops collecting responses until you upgrade. Typeform publishes no per-response overage rate. - What happens above 50,000 responses a month on Typeform? Business is the highest published plan and its maximum is 50,000 responses a month. Above that Typeform offers Enterprise at a custom price. - What does Kapture cost for high-volume forms? Kapture prices the completed form: five tokens each at a flat $0.001 a token, with your own connected storage, and no plan cap. On KX21 storage it is 15 tokens, $0.015. 10,000 completed forms a month is $50 and 100,000 is $500, and each includes a replay and a proof record of the submission written to your own storage. Free builders such as Tally and HubSpot Forms are $0 for the form alone. - Does Kapture record form submissions? Yes. Every completed form on Kapture is four tokens for the lead record and one for the recording, so the replay, the submitted fields, the page and the consent text are one record in your own bucket, at $0.005 a form, flat at any volume. ### compare/jotform — https://kx21.com/compare/jotform - How much does Jotform cost? Gold is the highest published plan at 10,000 submissions a month. Above that Jotform offers Enterprise at a custom price with unlimited limits. - What does Kapture cost for high-volume lead forms? Free builders such as Tally and HubSpot Forms are $0 for the form alone. - Where does Kapture keep form submissions? In your own storage bucket. Retell publishes a range on its own pricing page: "$0.07-$0.31 / min for AI Voice Agents," repeated in its plan-comparison table as "Price $0.07-$0.31/minute." The page does not say in advance which end of that range a given deployment lands on. - What does Retell cost with everything included? At 100,000 minutes of calls a month, Retell's own published range runs from $7,000 at $0.07/min to $31,000 at $0.31/min — a $24,000 spread on one line item, with no published breakdown of what pushes a given call toward either end. - How does Retell's per-minute price compare to Komms? At the bottom of its own range, Retell's $0.07/min is a cent below Komms's $0.08/min. Retell's published range runs up to $0.31/min. Where a deployment lands in that range depends on its call mix; neither pricing page says in advance. - What does an AI voice agent cost per minute? It depends on the vendor and what is bundled into the rate. Retell publishes $0.07-$0.31/min, with speech-to-text, the model and the voice able to be charged as separate pieces. Komms is a single $0.08/min rate with calling, the model and a standard voice already included. - Does Komms include the model and voice? Yes. Komms's $0.08 a minute includes inbound and outbound calls, the AI and a standard voice, billed in 6-second increments. Phone numbers are $15 a month each. ### compare/bland — https://kx21.com/compare/bland - How much does Bland AI cost? Bland has two self-serve plans. Start is $0.14 a minute with no platform fee. Build is $0.12 a minute plus a $299 monthly platform fee. Enterprise is priced by contract. Transfer time is billed separately. - Does Bland charge a monthly platform fee? On its Build plan, yes: $299 a month, charged whether you place a call or not. Its Start plan has no platform fee but a higher rate, $0.14 a minute. - Is there a Bland AI alternative without a platform fee? Komms is $0.08 a minute with no platform fee. Calling, the model and a standard voice are included in that rate. Phone numbers are $15 a month each. - What is Komms per minute? $0.08 a minute, phone call included, with calling, the model and a standard voice included, and no monthly platform fee. Phone numbers are $15 a month each. - What do Bland and Komms cost at the same volume? At 10,000 minutes of calls a month, Komms is $800 against Bland's $1,400 on Start or $1,499 on Build. At 100,000 minutes, Komms is $8,000 against $14,000 on Start or $12,299 on Build. Bland's own two plans cross at about 15,000 minutes a month. ### compare/vapi — https://kx21.com/compare/vapi - How much does Vapi cost per minute? Vapi's own pricing page lists a $0.05 a minute platform rate. On top of that, it bills speech-to-text, the model and text-to-speech separately, at cost — $0 if you bring your own API keys for those providers. - What does Vapi bill on top of its platform rate? Vapi's own pricing page states "Vapi Hosting Cost Excludes Model Provider Costs" and lists "Model Provider Cost (STT, LLM, TTS) ... At cost ($0 if you bring your own API key)." Usage-only accounts include 4 concurrent calls; the $29-a-month Core package includes 10, and each line past that is $10 a month. - How does Vapi's price compare to Komms? On platform rate, Vapi is $0.05 a minute and Komms is $0.08. Vapi bills speech-to-text, the model and text-to-speech on top, at each provider's rate; Komms includes the model and a standard voice. The finished Vapi bill depends on those provider rates, which we cannot see or publish. - What is included in the Komms per-minute rate? Komms's $0.08 a minute includes inbound and outbound calls, the AI and a standard voice, billed in 6-second increments. The only other charge is $15 a month per phone number. Anything you bring yourself, such as a premium voice provider, bills to you directly. - Do I need my own model and voice accounts with Komms? No, not for the standard rate. The model and a standard voice are already included in Komms's $0.08 a minute. You only need your own provider account if you want a premium voice instead of the standard one. ### compare/trackdrive — https://kx21.com/compare/trackdrive - How much does TrackDrive cost? TrackDrive publishes eleven separate charges — numbered 1 through 11 on its own pricing page — each priced across six committed-use tiers from Pay As You Go up to an $8,000/mo commitment. There are no onboarding fees. Local Tracking, for example, is $0.0550/min at Pay As You Go, falling to $0.0250/min only at the $8,000/mo tier. - Does TrackDrive charge for rejected calls? Yes. Rejected Call is charge 8 on TrackDrive's own pricing page: $0.0250 per call at Pay As You Go, falling to $0.0050 only at the $8,000/mo committed-use tier. The charge applies to a call that never connects. Kurrent has no equivalent charge. - Does TrackDrive charge to keep call recordings? Yes. Recording Retention is charge 11: $0.00040 per minute retained, billed monthly, at Pay As You Go, falling to $0.00015 only at the $8,000/mo tier. Kurrent's recordings land in the customer's own R2 or S3 bucket instead, at that provider's own storage rate — $0.015/GB/mo on Cloudflare R2. - What does Kurrent cost compared to TrackDrive? Kurrent is one monthly fee with no per-use charges, 50% off the call-tracking bill a buyer already pays, with a minimum of $1,795/mo. Minutes run on the customer's own Telnyx account at Telnyx's price — from $0.0032/min inbound local versus TrackDrive's $0.0550/min Pay As You Go rate for the same route. - Does TrackDrive have a free or no-commitment plan? TrackDrive's Pay As You Go tier requires no monthly commitment and no onboarding fee. Kurrent has no free trial: it is 50% off your current call tracking bill, minimum $1,795/mo, and it starts with a free bill audit and a Free 30 Min Demo. ### compare/boberdoo — https://kx21.com/compare/boberdoo - How much does boberdoo cost? boberdoo prices its lead platform on a 23-row ladder set by average daily inbound actions, from $1,075/mo at 25/day to $11,375/mo at 8,000,000/day, plus a one-time $250 setup fee. Higher volume is a custom quote. LeadQC, an optional lead-quality check, is billed separately at $0.20 per lead. - Does boberdoo's price change automatically? Yes. boberdoo's own pricing page states: "Your tier auto-adjusts each month based on actual usage — divide your billing-period inbound actions by the days in the period and you land in one of these rows." A buyer does not set the tier; traffic sets it, recalculated every billing period and billed in arrears. - Do boberdoo's own features raise your bill? They can. boberdoo counts "any incoming ping, post, API call, phone call, or form load" as an inbound action, and its usage add-ons list states plainly that Form Builder submits and Bid Modifier calls "count as actions." Since actions set the tier, using those features can push a buyer into a higher tier — paying for the feature and for the tier increase it causes. - What does KontrolX cost compared to boberdoo? KontrolX is 50% off your current bill for the whole platform, with a base rate from $2,500. There are no tiers and no per-lead charge. A buyer sends their current bill and KX21 shows the math against it. - How does boberdoo's price compare to KontrolX? boberdoo's floor is $1,075 a month at 25 average daily actions, less than half of KontrolX's $2,500 base rate. boberdoo is month-to-month with unlimited users at every tier, and offers a Ramp-up Promotion of three months of unlimited volume for $500/mo. KontrolX is month-to-month at 50% off your current bill, from a $2,500 base rate, with no seat charge and no trial. - Is boberdoo's LeadQC required? No. LeadQC is an optional usage add-on at $0.20 per lead, billed by usage rather than bundled into the tier fee. A buyer who does not turn it on pays only the tier price; a buyer who does pays $0.20 for each lead checked, on top of the tier. ### platform-police — https://kx21.com/platform-police - What is The Platform Police? The Platform Police is a short-film series from KX21, Inc., the software company behind Kapture, Komms, KontrolX and Kurrent. Each episode — a case — opens on a real way software vendors overbill (unused seats, per-minute markups, features locked a tier up, free trials that never stop billing) and closes with the published KX21 price for the same usage. - Who makes The Platform Police? KX21, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada — The Platform People — publisher of the Kapture, Komms, KontrolX and Kurrent platform. The KX21 team stars as Unit 21. - Where can I watch The Platform Police? All eight cases stream at kx21.com/platform-police, on KX21's YouTube channel, and as reels on Instagram @kx21_com. Each case page also shows the bill and the math behind it. - Are the numbers in The Platform Police real? The bills are dramatized; the prices are not. Where a case names a vendor, its rate comes from that vendor's own pricing page, read on a stated date. Where a case uses a typical market rate instead, such as four cents a lead recording, it is described as a typical rate. Each case links the math on kx21.com. ### tcpa — https://kx21.com/tcpa - What is TCPA proof of consent? A record showing that the person you called or texted agreed to be contacted: the page and wording they saw, what they did, who they are and when. Under the FCC's rules, marketing calls and texts made with an autodialer or a prerecorded voice need prior express written consent, and if a consumer sues, you need to be able to show it. - Is the FCC one-to-one consent rule in effect? No. The Eleventh Circuit vacated it on 24 January 2025, three days before it was due to take effect, and the FCC has since removed it from its rules. The underlying requirement for prior express written consent still applies, and several states have their own telemarketing laws. - Does recording a form submission make my leads TCPA compliant? No tool can promise a TCPA outcome. A recording proves what happened: the page, the disclosure and the consumer's actions. Whether that consent is valid depends on the disclosure itself, which your counsel should review. - Does the TCPA apply to text messages? Yes. The FCC treats text messages as calls under the TCPA, so marketing texts sent with an autodialer need prior express written consent, the same as calls. Keep the same proof for a text consent as for a call consent. - How long does TCPA consent last? Does it expire? The federal rules set no expiry date. Consent lasts until the consumer takes it back, and they can do that at any time. What does run out is your proof: if the record is gone when a claim arrives, you can't show the consent existed. That is why the keep-until date runs from the last call, not the day the consent was given. ### tcpa/consent-records — https://kx21.com/tcpa/consent-records - What must a TCPA consent record include? The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR 310.5(a)(8)) lists five things: the name and phone number of the person who consented, a copy of the request for consent in the same manner and format it was presented, the purpose, a copy of the consent provided, and the date it was given. - Is a screenshot of my form enough proof of consent? Usually not on its own. The rule asks for the request in the same manner and format the consumer saw it. A screenshot of today's form, or the version in your CMS, may not match what a given consumer saw on the day. A recording of their actual session does. - What is prior express written consent? The FCC's definition (47 CFR 64.1200(f)(9)): a written agreement, signed by the person called, that clearly authorizes the seller to reach them with autodialed or prerecorded marketing, tells them so clearly, and tells them agreeing is not a condition of purchase. Electronic signatures count where federal or state law recognizes them. - Is a lead certificate a complete consent record? Usually not on its own. A certificate from a consent-certificate vendor is strong evidence that a consent event happened, but the FTC rule lists five things the record must hold, including a copy of the request in the same manner and format the consumer saw and the purpose of the consent. Keep the certificate as one part of the file, alongside the rest. ### tcpa/retention — https://kx21.com/tcpa/retention - How long should I keep TCPA consent records? Plan on at least five years from the last call or text that relied on the consent. Federal TCPA claims can be brought for four years (28 U.S.C. 1658), generally counted from each call, and the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule asks for five years of consent records. State laws may add their own rules. - What is the record-retention period under the Telemarketing Sales Rule? Five years, which is 60 months. The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule asks sellers and telemarketers to keep consent records for five years (16 CFR 310.5). - Do state laws require keeping TCPA consent records longer than five years? Not in any state law we checked. Florida and New Jersey ask for two years and New York for 24 months, all shorter than the FTC's five. State laws do change how long someone has to sue: from two years in Georgia, Texas and Virginia to a general six years in Michigan. Ten-year rules in Virginia and Arizona cover do-not-call requests, not consent records. - Does the TCPA statute of limitations start when the lead was captured? Generally no. The four years run from each call or text, so a lead you keep calling keeps the window open. Keep the consent record for as long as you rely on it, plus the limitation period. - How long does Kapture keep consent records? With your own storage bucket, as long as you choose: the records are written to your bucket and stay yours if you leave. On KX21-hosted storage, records are kept for 90 days, which is not long enough for TCPA, so use your own bucket for consent you may need to produce years later. ### komms/after-hours-answering-service — https://kx21.com/komms/after-hours-answering-service - What does an AI after-hours answering service cost on Komms? $0.08 a minute, with the phone call, the AI and a standard voice included. A phone number is $15 a month. At 200 calls a month averaging 3 minutes, that is about $63 a month. New accounts start with 50,000 free tokens, about 625 minutes. - Can it send emergencies to a real person? Yes. A node can warm-transfer the caller to a phone number you choose, so emergencies reach your on-call person while everything else waits for the morning. - Where do the messages go? Every call can fire a webhook with the details the agent collected, so the summary lands in your inbox, CRM or ticketing tool. ### komms/appointment-setter — https://kx21.com/komms/appointment-setter - How much does an AI appointment setter cost on Komms? $0.08 a minute, phone call included, plus $15 a month per phone number. 400 booking calls a month at 4 minutes each is about $143 a month. There is no per-seat or per-agent fee. - Does it work for outbound calls too? Yes. The same script answers inbound calls and the outbound calls your dialer connects to it. ### komms/lead-qualification-calls — https://kx21.com/komms/lead-qualification-calls - What does AI lead qualification cost per call? Komms is $0.08 a minute, phone call included. A 3-minute qualifying call costs about $0.24. 1,000 calls a month is about $255 including one phone number. - Why typed answers instead of a transcript? Each node listens for a specific kind of answer, so routing and reporting use clean values (yes/no, a state, a number) instead of free text someone has to read. - Can it transfer to my buyer or rep? Yes. A transfer node warm-transfers the caller to any number, so qualified calls reach a person and unqualified ones end without using a rep. ### komms/insurance-intake-calls — https://kx21.com/komms/insurance-intake-calls - How much does AI insurance intake cost? $0.08 a minute, phone call included. 500 intake calls a month at 7 minutes each is about $295 a month including one phone number. - Does the AI agent quote or sell policies? No. It collects intake details and transfers to your licensed agent, who quotes. Your compliance team decides the script wording. - How does the agent get the details? A webhook posts the collected answers to your CRM, so the licensed agent sees them when the transfer connects. ### komms/speed-to-lead-callback — https://kx21.com/komms/speed-to-lead-callback - How much does an AI lead callback cost? $0.08 a minute, phone call included. A 2-minute callback costs about $0.16. 2,000 leads a month is about $335 including one phone number. - How does the call get triggered? Your dialer places the call when a lead arrives and connects it to your Komms number. Your form or CRM sends the form answers first through the Komms Dialer API, so the agent can confirm them. - Do I need consent to call web leads? Autodialed or AI-voiced marketing calls generally need prior express written consent. Record that consent on the form (Kapture does this) and have counsel review your disclosure. ### kapture/tcpa-consent-form — https://kx21.com/kapture/tcpa-consent-form - What should a TCPA consent form record? The FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule asks for the name and number of the person who consented, the request as it was presented, the purpose, the consent itself and the date. A recording of the actual session covers the "as presented" part that screenshots miss. - How much does it cost to record consent? A lead recording is 1 token, $0.001, with your own connected storage. 10,000 recorded submissions a month is $10 of tokens (the smallest purchase is $20). New accounts start with 2,000 free tokens, no credit card needed. - Does a recorded form make my leads TCPA compliant? No tool can promise that. A recording proves what happened; the disclosure wording still has to be right. See our plain-English guide to TCPA consent records. ### kapture/lead-capture-form — https://kx21.com/kapture/lead-capture-form - What does lead recording cost? 1 token per recording, $0.001, with your own connected storage, at any volume. 50,000 leads a month is $50. A form Kapture builds and hosts is 5 tokens a completed form with your own bucket, or 15 tokens on KX21 storage. - Can I use my existing form? Yes. Add one script tag and Kapture records the form you already run. - Where are the recordings stored? In your own bucket (Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces, Telnyx storage or any S3-compatible storage). KX21-hosted storage keeps records for 90 days. ### kapture/nda-e-signature — https://kx21.com/kapture/nda-e-signature - How much does it cost to send an NDA for e-signature? Pay as you go, $0.25 a signed document. Or $15 a month for unlimited signatures with your own storage bucket. No per-seat charge either way, so 40 NDAs a month is $10 pay as you go. - Does the signer need an account? No. The signer opens the link and signs. - Is this a DocuSign alternative? For sending documents to sign, yes, without seats. See our DocuSign comparison for what DocuSign costs at the same volume. ### kapture/start — https://kx21.com/kapture/start - How long does it take to start recording a form? About two minutes: paste one script tag into the page, wrap your form in a div with data-kapture, and submit a test entry. - Do I need a credit card to try Kapture? No. New accounts start with 2,000 free tokens and no credit card. A lead recording is 1 token with your own connected storage. - Can I use the form I already have? Yes. Kapture records the form you already run; you only add the script tag and the wrapper. ### komms/start — https://kx21.com/komms/start - How long does it take to build an AI voice agent in Komms? No. An audit trail is a list of events: who opened the document, from which IP address, and when they signed. A recording is a replay of the session itself, so you can see the signer fill the fields and sign. - Is a recorded e-signature legally binding? The signature is an electronic signature like any other. Under the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. 7001), a signature or contract cannot be denied legal effect just because it is electronic. The recording adds evidence of how it was signed. This is not legal advice. - Can I use a recorded e-signature for TCPA consent? Yes. The FCC's prior express written consent has to be signed, and electronic signatures count where federal or state law recognizes them. The record shows the words on their screen, the box they ticked and the time. - Is a ticked box in my database not enough? It shows a box was ticked. It doesn't show what the customer saw next to it. A Kapture record shows both, for this customer, at that moment. - Does Proof of Yes make me compliant? No tool can do that on its own. A record proves what was shown and what the customer did. Whether your wording holds up depends on the wording, so have counsel review it. - Is it legal to record my checkout or sign-up page? By default, Kapture records once the visitor starts filling in your form. To record only after your notice or consent click, switch the pixel to manual capture. Card numbers are never recorded. Wiretap laws differ by state, so check your setup with your lawyer. - Does it work if my checkout is hosted by someone else? Kapture records pages you host. If your checkout runs on a page you don't control, record the step where the customer accepts your terms, such as your sign-up, cart or terms page, or use a Kapture form. The kap_vid ties the record to the order. - What does it cost? $0.001 per record with your own connected storage. New accounts get 2,000 free tokens with no card, then a $20 minimum purchase. E-sign is $0.25 a document, or $15 a month unlimited with your own bucket. ### kapture/chargebacks — https://kx21.com/kapture/chargebacks - Can a recording of the checkout win a chargeback? It can be strong evidence in disputes decided on terms: cancelled orders, refund-policy and "not as described" disputes. No tool guarantees a win; the card issuer decides. It does not help with fraud disputes, where 3-D Secure and wallets do the work. - Can I send the bank a video? No. Processors take documents and images, and Stripe says banks won't review video files or links. Send stills from the record, each with its time, plus the IP and device details. - What does Visa ask for in a cancel-policy dispute? Proof the merchant properly disclosed the cancel or refund policy at the time of the purchase. For online sales, Visa's rules ask for the policy before final checkout with a click to accept. - What does it cost? $0.001 per buyer record with your own connected storage.
