TrustedForm and Jornaya (LeadiD) are the two consent certificates lead buyers ask for most. Both record the consent behind a lead. Since 8 January 2026 they have one owner: ActiveProspect, which already sold TrustedForm, bought Verisk Marketing Solutions, the business that owned Jornaya. Here they are side by side, with Kapture in the third column.

Do you need both?
Many lead sellers ran both because some buyers asked for TrustedForm and others for Jornaya. That has not changed: if a buyer’s contract names one, use that one for that buyer. What has changed is that both now come from one company, so a renewal for either is a talk with the same seller.
For leads on your own forms where no buyer names a tool, Kapture records the session for $0.001/certificate and keeps it in storage you own. Kapture keeps the proof. It does not make you compliant, and this is not legal advice.
