TrustedForm vs. Kapture
ActiveProspect, which sells TrustedForm, no longer shows its pay-as-you-go prices on its public pricing page. You create an account to see them. The last prices we saw publicly, on 1 September 2026, were: issuing a certificate (Certify) free, and Retain and Verify from $0.15 each. Large accounts sign a contract of $24,000 a year or more, priced in private. A lead recording on Kapture — the session video and proof for a lead on a form you already run — is $0.001 at every volume, stored in a bucket you own. If Kapture also builds and hosts the form, a finished form with its recording is $0.005 with your own connected storage.

Total cost, side by side
ActiveProspect’s pricing page now has two parts: Pay-As-You-Go and Contracted. The contracted plan takes a spend of $24,000 a year or more, priced in a private quote. The pay-as-you-go part says its products are sold at standard published rates, but it lists none. Its only link goes to an account sign-up.
Until September 2026 the page had a second tab, for individuals and small teams, that did list prices. We read it on 1 September 2026. Certify, which issues a certificate for a lead from your own website, was free. Verify, which manages consent-language versions, started at $0.15 a lead. Retain, which keeps certificates for leads you buy or make, started at $0.15 a certificate. That tab is gone now. The table above shows those last public prices, with the date we read them.
One caveat: $0.15 was a starting price for small accounts. At large volumes ActiveProspect quotes in private. Multiplying $0.15 by a million leads would price a deal it does not offer at that size, so this page does not do that.
Per record, the last public Retain price was $0.15. The closest match on Kapture is a lead recording at $0.001 with your own connected storage, at every volume. It already covers what Retain charges for: the certificate, the consent record and the proof, kept in storage you own. If Kapture builds and hosts the form too, a finished form with its recording is $0.005 with your own connected storage. Verify is a different job, and we do not claim Kapture does it.
Elsewhere on this site, /pricing lists a typical market price of about $0.04 to certify a lead. That figure is not ActiveProspect's or TrustedForm's own published price — it is not attributed to any named vendor there, and it is not attributed to one here either. It is the rough market range buyers report paying for a consent certificate generally, named as exactly that: an unattributed typical market price, not a quote from the company this page is about.
One fact worth stating plainly, because a buyer comparing certificate vendors should have it: on 8 January 2026, ActiveProspect announced its acquisition of Verisk Marketing Solutions, the owner of Jornaya (LeadiD) — announced on globenewswire.com. That put TrustedForm and Jornaya — the two products most commonly named in a consent-certificate requirement — under one owner. That is the fact as announced, and nothing more is claimed from it here.
Other things to know
Tamper-evident consent certificates have existed for about twenty years, and TrustedForm predates Kapture. Kapture records a form submission, an abandoned visit or a signed document with the same pixel, and every record lands in storage you own. Kapture checks each lead’s phone number against your own API and holds flagged leads back from your webhooks. Kapture records forms on your own site with one script tag, or builds and hosts the form for you from a sentence.
