The steps

  1. 1. Sign up with your work email

    Enter your work email and Komms sends a one-time code. There is no password to set. New accounts start with 50,000 free tokens, about 625 talk minutes.

  2. 2. Set up the campaign

    Campaign holds the basics: inbound or outbound, your company and agent name, the phone number, and the voice, in English and in Spanish.

  3. 3. Build the flow

    Tasks is the flow builder. Each node is an objective in plain language. Each edge is an answer the caller can give and where it leads. Start from one of the ready-made scripts below if you like.

  4. 4. Give it facts and tools (optional)

    Knowledge holds the facts the agent answers from. Tools are the API calls it can make mid-conversation, like checking a calendar or posting to your CRM.

  5. 5. Test it in Chat

    Talk to the agent as a caller or as a chat user before a single call goes out.

    Buy a phone number ($15 a month) and point your calls at it. Every call then shows up in Calls with its outcome and the answers the agent collected. Talk time is $0.08 a minute, all in.
