October 2026

  1. Callers can fix an earlier answer

If a caller says “wait, my number is wrong,” the agent asks for the right one, saves it and carries on. No starting over.

  2. Jump from a call to the step that said it

Each line in a call or chat log opens the step in your campaign that said it, and a Back button returns you to the log.

  3. Every turn shows how the agent answered

The call log says whether each reply came straight from your script or from the AI model, and how long it took to start.

  4. Send private lead details to your own tools

Lead fields you keep private can be passed to the tools a campaign calls during a call.

  5. Copying a campaign copies everything

A copied campaign keeps its events and its KontrolX connection.

  6. Disconnect KontrolX or Kurrent per campaign

Unplug one campaign without touching the others.

  7. Faster call log search

Search, filter by outcome and page through long date ranges without waiting.

  8. Connect a campaign to Kurrent

One pairing code, pasted in Kurrent, makes the campaign a place Kurrent can send calls.

  9. Booking confirms the details

Before it books, the agent reads back the caller’s contact details and the time, and uses the name it already has.

  10. Website chat emails your team

When a website chat needs a person, Komms emails the person you choose with what the visitor said and the details they gave.

  11. Website chat for your site

Paste one snippet to add a Komms chat to your site, with its own setup tab, your colors and a handoff to a person.

  12. Campaign Dashboard, Call Logs and Chat Logs

Each campaign has its own dashboard and logs with filters, sorting and a full CSV export.

  13. Do-not-call requests always stick

When a caller asks not to be called, that outcome stays on the call. Nothing later in the call replaces it.

  14. Names are easier to get right

Callers can spell a name letter by letter, or correct it later in the call.

  15. Share a link to any call

Every call has its own link you can send to a teammate.

  16. Replies start while they are still being written

The agent starts speaking a safe answer as soon as it is ready, instead of waiting for the whole reply.

  17. Read-backs stay on track

When the agent reads a detail back to confirm it, the caller’s yes or fix is applied to that detail.

  18. Book appointments on the call

Connect Google or Microsoft calendars. The agent offers the first free time or lets the caller pick, and can check an email code before booking.

  19. Set your booking hours

Choose open days and time windows, what the agent says first, and whether callers can move or cancel an appointment.

  20. Choose the speech recognizer

Each campaign can listen with Deepgram Flux (the default) or Soniox.

  21. Spanish only when the caller wants it

The agent offers to switch to Spanish and asks first, in both languages. A stray Spanish word no longer switches the call.

  22. Knowledge base answers, with outcomes

Pick a support, sales or general style. Calls end as resolved, or unresolved when the answer was not found.

  23. Scripted lines are said word for word

When a step has your wording, the agent says it exactly as written.

  24. A simpler step builder

Clearer step names, two clicks to the next step, and a flag on any step still missing a tool or knowledge.

  25. Calls end politely

The agent says goodbye and hangs up when the caller says that’s all.

  26. Every call gets a fair outcome

Komms judges each call’s outcome from the whole transcript, and the transcript keeps the caller’s last words.

  27. Hold sounds while the agent thinks

A short sound plays if a reply takes a moment, and never the same one twice in a row.

  28. Dialer API checks

Dialers can verify an account with an email code and look up its balance.

  29. Low-balance emails

The account owner gets one email when the balance runs out and calls are paused.

September 2026

  1. One KX21 sign-in

Sign up and sign in to Komms on the same KX21 screen as Kapture.

  2. Every transfer outcome is its own event

Started, connected, busy or failed: each one fires its own event, and the connected event fires when the person picks up. Filter calls by each one.

  3. Hand calls straight to your phone system

An optional transfer method asks your phone carrier to connect the call, and Komms steps out once the person picks up.

  4. No caller left on a dead line

A transfer that stalls ends with a busy message instead of leaving the caller waiting.

  5. Dialer API with docs

Dialers can send leads before a call and get results after it, with the API docs linked from setup.

  6. Automatic top-ups

Your balance refills from a saved card when it runs low, only after you agree to it.

  7. Spelled letters and accents

The agent understands spelled-out letters and accented names, like ñ.
