What it costs

$2,500 a month, flat — the whole platform, every feature, no per-lead fee and no tiers. Above $5,000 a month of lead-software spend it is priced at half your bill instead. Your data and enrichment vendors keep billing you direct, at wholesale — we add nothing on top.

Watch a lead move

One lead. Seven stages. You can see who owns it at each one.

Live pipeline

What it does

Profiles & attribution

Every lead gets a record that lasts. You can see where it came from and who was paid. KontrolX is the system of record for your leads: profiles, lifecycles, buyer portals and the ledger live here, so there is no separate CRM seat to pay for.

Enrichment pipelines

Bring your own vendor keys. Add steps in order, or only when a rule is met. Your vendors bill you direct, at cost.

Screeners & blacklists

Check the rules, drop the copies and load your blacklist. All before a lead moves.

Placement routing

Send leads to buyers. Set how each buyer wants them. Then watch where each one lands.

Datasets & BI

Turn your leads and sales into clean tables. The reporting layer is built in.

90+ MCP tools

Every part of it is a tool. Run the whole platform from Claude, Cursor or any MCP client.

This takes the place of a data stack. A mid-size Fivetran, Snowflake and BI setup runs $3,000–6,000 a month. Here it is part of the platform fee. There is no pipeline to run, no warehouse bill and no charge per seat.

What lead management costs you

Metered lead tools sell you software and data in one price. So a fair test has to count both sides. KontrolX is $2,500 a month for the whole platform, and above $5,000 a month of spend it cuts the software bill in half instead. Your data vendors bill you direct, at your own rates. We take nothing on top. See boberdoo's own 23-tier ladder, and the LeadQC meter underneath it.

Questions

What is KontrolX?
KontrolX is lead orchestration software. It validates each incoming lead, runs your screeners and enrichment steps in order, routes the lead to buyers on the terms each buyer set, and tracks cost and revenue from the first form to the payout. Profiles, lifecycles, buyer portals and the ledger live in it, so it is the system of record for your leads rather than a layer on top of a CRM.
How much does KontrolX cost?
$2,500 a month, flat, for the whole platform with every feature and no per-lead fee. Above $5,000 a month of lead-software spend it is priced at half your current bill instead. Your data and enrichment vendors keep billing you directly at wholesale; KX21 adds nothing on top.
What is a screener in KontrolX?
A screener decides whether a lead may proceed before any enrichment cost is spent. Built-in screeners are blacklist match, duplicate control and input validation, and you can add your own, such as a suppression-list vendor. A pre-ping screener answers a supplier's ping before the lead is posted; a post screener only sees a posted lead.
What is an enrichment in KontrolX?
An enrichment is one governed lookup, external or internal, recorded on the lead with who ran it, when, and what it cost: phone verification, a TCPA certificate check against a TrustedForm or Jornaya ID, a state routing rule, a post to a buyer's endpoint. Steps run in order or only when a rule is met, using your own vendor keys, with soft or hard failure modes and a resubmit policy per type.
How does buyer routing work in KontrolX?
Each workflow declares the intake fields and enrichments a lead must have, a default price, and an ordered list of buyers. Every buyer has its own delivery channel and can be set to live-bid pricing, where KontrolX asks the buyer's endpoint for a bid before placing. You can see where every lead landed and what was paid.
Can I run KontrolX from Claude or Cursor?
Yes. About 95 MCP tools cover the platform: profiles, intakes, placements, lifecycles, actions and webhooks for daily operation, plus workflow configuration, buyer onboarding, vendor pairing, datasets, knowledge bases, dashboards and bulk loads. Anything you can do in the admin you can do from an MCP client.
Does KontrolX replace a data warehouse?
For lead operations, yes. Datasets turn leads, placements and payouts into typed tables, and metric dashboards compute accept rates, totals and breakdowns on the server. A mid-size Fivetran, Snowflake and BI setup runs $3,000 to $6,000 a month; here it is part of the platform fee with no pipeline to run and no per-seat charge.
Can I load leads I already have?
Yes, two ways. A historical load writes profile facts from a CSV with no pipeline, so nothing is screened, enriched or placed. A live bulk load pushes each CSV row through the full intake pipeline as if it had just arrived, attributed to the vendor and workflow you name.
What is a workflow in KontrolX?
One workflow per real business event or channel, locked to one profile type. It owns the data it requires, its screening and enrichment steps, its buyer routing, its lifecycle states and the automations that fire when a step finishes. Two arrival paths that differ in any of those are two workflows.
