Pay for the platform, not the usage.
Every plan ships the whole platform. Nothing is locked behind a tier. Carriage, storage, transcripts, model tokens and data bill straight to your own accounts, at wholesale. We take no margin on any of it. We meter two things of our own: Komms voice at $0.08 a talk minute all in, telephony included (6-second billing, plus $15 a month per phone number), and Kapture tokens at $0.001 each, flat. Everything else is a flat fee.
Why so little is metered. You bring the infrastructure. So the costs that grow with use are already yours: the carrier, the storage, the transcripts, the model tokens. They never pass through us. What is left on our side is capacity, which is how much traffic one setup carries before it needs another. That is a step, not a slope. It does not move per lead or per minute, so there is nothing honest to meter.

One price, one pool. Tokens buy anything Kapture does, and you spend them however your month actually goes. Building the form is free — you pay for what it captures.
What would you pay?
Put in the volumes you really run. With your own bucket (Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces or Telnyx storage) a completed form is 5 tokens — 4 for the lead record and 1 for the video — and a lead recording you keep — abandoned included — is 1. Every token is $0.001 — flat, first or millionth — and the smallest purchase is $20. Unlimited e-signatures are $15 a month flat, however many documents and however many signers — no token meter at all. The KX21-hosted meters are in the table below. Zero anything you do not run.

Pick one track per account — bring your own bucket (Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces or Telnyx storage, or any S3-compatible endpoint), or run on KX21-hosted storage. The meters differ, and nothing mixes.

Every new account starts with 2,000 free tokens. With a card on file the wallet can run 10,000 tokens negative before a top-up is due; without one, capture pauses at zero. On KX21 Unlimited, Kapture is not metered at all — no wallet, no e-sign charge.
Abandoned forms are not kept until you turn them on. A form someone started and never sent is thrown away by default and costs you nothing. Switch on “keep abandoned video” per pixel, and from then on we hold those for you at 1 token each.
Nothing under five seconds is kept, or billed. A visit that short means nobody filled anything in and there is nothing to watch. Bots, scrapers and accidental page loads never reach your bill, whether or not you keep abandoned forms.

Every figure above is the provider's own published rate, read in August 2026. Each one is billed to you by that provider. We add nothing to any line.
Transcription is the clearest case. Ringba bills $0.035 to $0.04 a minute for it. So transcribing 250,000 minutes runs $8,750 to $10,000 a month. The same audio through your own Groq key costs about $167, or about $1,083 on Deepgram Nova-3 if you want the better transcript — billed by them, not by us, and still a fraction of the metered rate. Storage is smaller than people expect. At 32 kbps mono, 250,000 minutes is about 60 GB a month. A full year of those recordings on R2 costs about $11 a month. That is why none of it is metered here. There is nothing left to mark up.

- Are features gated by pricing tier?
- No. Every plan ships the whole platform. The price follows the capacity your traffic needs, never a feature switch.
- Who owns the accounts, keys and data?
- You do. The provider accounts, the API keys and the stored records stay in your name. Recordings and lead records live in your own bucket. Leaving KX21 does not mean leaving your data behind.
