Three things LeadsPedia’s own page says
Premium is the same headline number as KontrolX, with a ceiling attached. LeadsPedia Premium costs $2,500 a month, the same as KontrolX's base rate. The difference is what the number buys. Premium caps usage at 100,000 leads, 5,000,000 pings, 300,000 clicks and 150,000 conversions a month, and its published term is annual. Lite, at $1,500, caps 25,000 leads and 1,000,000 pings. KontrolX is 50% off your current bill, with a base rate from $2,500, month to month and with no per-lead fee. Two platforms can print the same price and still not be the same purchase.
Calls are a second charge, running on top of the subscription. LeadsPedia’s own pricing table bills call minutes separately from the plan: $0.055 a minute on Lite and $0.045 on Premium, plus $3.00 a local number and $4.00 a toll-free number on Lite, falling to $1.50 and $2.00 on Premium. On KX21 the call side is Kurrent, and the phone company never bills through us: you connect your own Telnyx account and the carrier bills you direct, from $0.0032 a minute for inbound local and from $1.00 a number. We take no margin on a single minute.
The API costs extra too. LeadsPedia lists API access at $0.25 per 1,000 API calls, on every plan including Enterprise. An integration that polls, a partner that pings, an internal dashboard that refreshes — each of those is billable traffic. KontrolX includes the API and webhooks at no extra charge, along with more than 100 MCP tools that expose the same controls as the admin interface, so an AI agent can run the platform without a per-use charge running underneath it.
Other things to know
LeadsPedia Lite is $1,500 a month for up to 25,000 leads. KontrolX’s base rate starts at $2,500, with no cheaper entry plan and no free trial. LeadsPedia sells lead distribution and call tracking in one subscription. On KX21 those are two products, KontrolX for leads and Kurrent for calls: two line items, and a Telnyx account of your own for the call side.
Past 100,000 leads a month, LeadsPedia’s published plans move to Enterprise at a custom price, and its call minutes are charged per minute. KontrolX has no per-lead fee. Put your own numbers in the calculator, or read the full pricing.
