How we checked these prices
We read each price on the company’s own pricing page. The table links to that page and shows the day we read it. Where a page shows the yearly price first, we switched it to monthly.
Our site checks every price again at least every 120 days. If a price gets too old, the site will not go live until someone checks it. That rule is in our code, not just a promise.
Some companies do not post prices. When that happens, we say so. We do not guess.
Before you switch: what boberdoo really costs
boberdoo starts at $1,075/mo and its ladder runs to $11,375/mo. Your tier is set by average daily inbound actions, and boberdoo counts pings, posts, calls, API calls and form loads. A ping and its post each count.
Setup is $250 once. LeadQC is $0.20/lead when you use it, and at real volume that meter can cost more than the tier.
boberdoo is month to month and billed in arrears, so your bill moves with your traffic.
1. LeadsPedia: two plans with caps, and overage past them
Lite is $1,500/mo, capped at 25,000 leads and 1 million pings a month. Premium is $2,500/mo, capped at 100,000 leads. Both are monthly with no contract; Enterprise is a yearly contract.
Past the cap you pay overage per 1,000 leads and pings, and API calls are $0.25/1,000 calls. Lite leaves out API access and batch delivery, so a real ping/post shop needs Premium.
2. Lead Prosper: the lowest price to start
Lead Prosper starts at $500/mo with 5,000 leads and 200,000 pings. Past that, leads start at $0.05/lead and get cheaper with volume. There is no contract, and onboarding is free.
For a small shop, this is the cheapest way in.
3. LeadExec: plans with a per-lead overage
Growth is $825/mo, less if paid yearly. There is also a pay-as-you-go Starter for 250 leads. Past a plan’s leads, each lead costs extra, and lead validation and TCPA checks are billed per check.
4. Lead Distro AI: low plan fees, ping post from Growth
Growth is $497/mo and is the first plan with ping post. Past the plan, each lead costs extra. There is a 7-day free trial.
5. Phonexa and LeadByte: priced by quote
Neither publishes prices. Phonexa asks you to request a custom quote. LeadByte sells bundles through a demo, with no setup fee and a 30-day rolling contract.
6. KontrolX: the whole platform for one flat fee
KontrolX covers the path from intake to payout:
- Every lead gets a lasting record: where it came from, who bought it and who was paid.
- Enrichment steps with your own vendor keys, run in order or only when a rule is met.
- Screeners, duplicate checks and blacklists before a lead moves.
- Placement routing to your buyers, set the way each buyer wants.
- Reporting tables built in, and 90+ MCP tools to run it from an AI client.
It is $2,500/mo, flat, with no per-lead fee and no tiers. Above $5,000 a month of lead-software spend, it is priced at half your bill instead. Your data vendors bill you directly.
Where it falls short: at low volume, Lead Prosper and boberdoo’s bottom tiers cost less. LeadsPedia Premium is the same $2,500. KontrolX has no self-serve trial; we set it up with you.
