October 2026
Lead records keep the visitor’s real IP address
Before, some records showed the address of a network relay instead of the visitor’s.
Kapture finds forms that load after the page opens
Checking a page now waits for forms built by JavaScript, so modern sites are found, not missed.
Telnyx and other S3-style storage connect cleanly
Clear messages when a storage key is wrong, so you know what to fix.
Better replays for embedded forms
Replays label forms embedded from another site and keep the real page address.
One-click sign-in from a share email
The person you share a record with clicks the link and is in. No code to type.
Shared signed documents show their audit trail
Sent, viewed and signed, step by step, for the person you shared it with.
Signing works in landscape
The signature pad draws correctly when the phone is turned sideways.
Full-screen signing on phones
The whole document in one scroll, pinch to zoom, and a signature pad that fills the screen.
A lead is saved even after a long pause
If a visitor leaves a form open and comes back later, Kapture starts a fresh recording so the lead still arrives.
September 2026
One KX21 sign-in
Sign up and sign in to Kapture on the same KX21 screen as Komms.
Checks for each form
Attach a blacklist check or a text-message code check to a single form, not only the whole pixel.
One lead, one charge
The same lead saved twice is billed once, and one visit bills at most 10 leads unless you raise the limit.
Attach files in Kapture chat
Add a file or image when you ask Kapture for something in plain words.
Sign in with a passkey
Use your phone or computer’s fingerprint or face sign-in instead of a code.
Automatic top-ups
Your token balance refills from a saved card when it runs low, only after you agree to it.
Storage setup wizard
Connect your own bucket on R2, S3, B2, Wasabi, Spaces, Telnyx or any S3 endpoint. Kapture tests it and sets it up.
Prepaid tokens
Buy tokens up front and spend them on recordings, forms and signatures. No plan, no seats.
Automatic signer reminders
Kapture reminds signers who have not signed yet. They can turn reminders off from the email.
Signers can fix a mistake
A signer can reopen their fields after confirming them, before signing.
August 2026
Optional fields
Mark a field optional so a signer can finish without filling it.
See which pages a signer viewed
Kapture tracks the pages each signer opened and asks them to confirm before finishing.
Placeholder text and signer colors
Hint text in empty fields, and your own color for each signer.
Signers get a completion email
Everyone gets an email when the document is fully signed.
Several signers confirm their fields first
Each signer fills and confirms their own fields before anyone signs.
Every signing is recorded
Each signing session is saved as a replay, listed beside the document.
July 2026
E-signatures join Kapture
Upload a PDF as a reusable template, publish versions, and send documents for signature.
Lead records and co-registration
A record id (kap_vid) follows each visitor across partner pages. Each partner sees only its own part.
Session replay and sharing
Watch any form visit back, and share a record by email.
One-line pixel
Add one script tag to a form you already have and every visit is recorded to storage.
