Typeform prices are the monthly-billing figures on typeform.com/pricing on 26 September 2026; billed annually they are $28, $56 and $91. Kapture figures are five tokens a completed form at a flat $0.001 a token, with your own connected storage and a $20 minimum purchase. On KX21 storage a hosted form is 15 tokens, $0.015. Total cost, side by side
Start with the number that decides your plan, which is not the price. It is the response count. Basic includes 100 responses a month and Business includes 10,000; the page also states a maximum for each, and the maximum is what you are really paying for. Business tops out at 50,000 responses a month. A form that is working, one that a campaign is sending real traffic to, does not slow down when it reaches the cap. It stops collecting, and the next visitor's answers are not recorded. The way to keep collecting is the next plan, and above Business the next plan is Enterprise, at a price the page does not print.
Run the arithmetic at a volume a lead desk actually sees. At 10,000 completed forms a month you are on Business at $129, or $91 billed annually, which is about $0.0129 a response. At 10,001 you are still on Business, because the maximum is 50,000, and at 50,001 you are on a quote. Kapture at 10,000 completed forms a month is $50: five tokens a form at $0.001 a token, published on /pricing — $0.005 each, flat, with your own connected storage ($0.015 on KX21 storage). At 100,000 a month, a volume Typeform's published plans do not reach at all, Kapture is $500. Neither figure has a cap above it, and the rate never changes; it does not hand you to sales.
The $50 buys something Typeform's $129 does not include at any tier: a replay of the session and a proof record of what was submitted, written to your own bucket. Every completed form on Kapture is four tokens for the lead record and one for the recording, so the number above already carries the evidence. If you need that evidence today you buy a second tool for it, and a third if you need consent certificates. This page prices only the form; TrustedForm is where the proof market is priced.
Kapture's smallest purchase is $20. At 100 responses a month, Typeform Basic is $39. Tally and HubSpot's form builder are free with no response cap, and Typeform has a free plan. Those prices are for the form alone. Kapture's price includes the replay and the proof record.
