CallRail alternatives in 2026, with every price checked
Updated
CallRail shows marketers which ad made the phone ring. Its plans start low, but numbers and minutes are billed on top. Here are seven other call tracking tools, and how their prices compare.
We checked every price on each company’s own website. One tool on this list is ours: Kurrent. We put it last, and we tell you where it falls short.

How we checked these prices
We read each price on the company’s own pricing page. The table links to that page and shows the day we read it. Where a page shows the yearly price first, we switched it to monthly.
Our site checks every price again at least every 120 days. If a price gets too old, the site will not go live until someone checks it. That rule is in our code, not just a promise.
Some companies do not post prices. When that happens, we say so. We do not guess.
Before you switch: what CallRail really costs
CallRail Lead Tracking is $55/mo, with 5 local numbers and 250 minutes. Past that, local minutes are $0.06/min and numbers $3/number/mo. Toll-free costs more on both.
Lead Conversion, with call summaries and sentiment, is $165/mo. Form tracking is a separate “Complete” plan. So the plan you need depends on which features you use.
Add up your numbers and minutes before you compare. At volume, usage can cost more than the plan.
1. CallTrackingMetrics: a low plan fee, with numbers and minutes on top
Marketing Lite is $79/mo. Its plans include no numbers or minutes, so both are billed on top: local minutes are $0.04/min and local numbers $2/number/mo.
Users are unlimited and call recording is free. Its bigger plans add form tracking and transcription allowances.
It suits a team that wants CallRail-style attribution with more room for users.
2. WhatConverts: small plans with a usage credit
The Call Tracking plan is $30/mo and includes a $30 usage credit. Local minutes are $0.045/min and local numbers $2.50/number/mo.
Agency plans start at $500 a month. There is no annual discount shown.
It fits an agency reporting leads to clients on small budgets.
3. CallScaler: the lowest price for a phone number
Pro is $65/mo, and the Pay Per Call plan is $600/mo. Both are cheaper paid yearly. Usage runs from a prepaid balance.
Local numbers are $0.50/number/mo, the lowest on this list, and local minutes $0.045/min. It charges $10 to port a number out.
It fits a price-sensitive team, including small pay-per-call shops.
4. AvidTrak: the cheapest way to start
Starter is $15/mo and includes 5 numbers and 500 minutes. Local minutes are $0.07/min on Starter and less on Agency, which is $55/mo. Numbers are $2/number/mo.
It is monthly only. For a small business with a handful of numbers, it is hard to beat on price.
5. Ringba: built for pay-per-call, with the minutes marked up
Ringba Business is $147/mo and Pro is $297/mo. Call minutes are $0.05/min and numbers from $2/number/mo.
Real-time bidding and ping/post call trading are only on Enterprise, which is priced by quote.
Ringba is the standard for pay-per-call networks, and its buyer marketplace is a real advantage if you sell calls there.
6. TrackDrive: no plan fee, everything on the meter
TrackDrive has no plan fee. You pay on its meters instead: local tracking is $0.055/min and covers both legs of the call, toll-free $0.06/min, and numbers $4/number/mo.
Committing to a monthly spend, from $50 up to $8,000, lowers every meter.
It fits pay-per-call teams that want Ringba-style routing without a monthly plan.
7. Invoca: enterprise call tracking, priced by quote
Invoca publishes no prices. Every plan on its pricing page says “Get Your Quote”, and it counts phone numbers per year.
It is built for large brands that want conversation analytics, and it is sold through sales.
8. Kurrent: the full toolset, with no markup on your minutes
Kurrent gives a call desk the tools it needs, in one place:
- Every SIP line and phone number is a source with its own routing.
- Limits for each source: calls at once, calls per second and SIP invites per minute.
- Calls are screened before they ring: your blacklist, then any validation APIs you choose.
- A pre-ping asks the buyer if it wants the call before you transfer it.
- Webhooks for call events as they happen, plus a full API.
- A call log and raw SIP logs, so you can trace any call end to end.
Kurrent charges one flat monthly fee, priced at half the software part of the call-tracking bill you pay now, and adds nothing to your minutes. You pay the carrier directly on your own Telnyx account, from $0.0032/min and $1/number/mo.
Where it falls short: Kurrent is built for teams spending $1,795 a month or more on call tracking, because that is where the savings add up. Below that, one of the small plans above will cost less. We set it up with you, and you need your own Telnyx account. It has no marketplace of call buyers.
Send us your bill
Send us last month’s CallRail bill. We will price the same work on Kurrent, line by line. Anything we cannot replace stays on the bill, marked as theirs.
If one of the tools above is a better fit, we will tell you.
