Ringba alternatives in 2026, with every price checked

Updated

Here are ten call tracking tools people switch to from Ringba. We read every price on each company’s own website. The table gives you the numbers. The notes below say who each tool is for.

One tool on this list is ours: Kurrent. It has the tools a modern call desk runs on — APIs, webhooks, call screening and routing — with no markup on your minutes. It is built for teams that spend $1,795 a month or more. If you spend less, one of the others will suit you better.

“Starts at” is the lowest plan. Per-minute and per-number prices are for local numbers on the lowest plan, unless the note says otherwise. Your bill will depend on how many minutes and numbers you use.

How we checked these prices

We read each price on the company’s own pricing page. The table links to that page and shows the day we read it.

Our site checks every price again at least every 120 days. If a price gets too old, the site will not go live until someone checks it. That rule is in our code, not just a promise.

Some companies do not post prices. When that happens, we say so. We do not guess.

Most lists like this are written by one of the tools on them, and each one ranks itself first. We are on this list too, so we put ourselves last and tell you when someone else is cheaper.

1. CallRail: best for knowing which ad made the phone ring

CallRail starts at $50/mo. Extra minutes cost $0.05/min. The plan with AI call summaries is $150/mo.

Most people look at CallRail first. It is great for a small business that wants to know which ad, keyword or form brought in each call.

But CallRail is not built for pay-per-call. It cannot send one call to many buyers or run a bid. If you leave Ringba for CallRail, you are usually leaving pay-per-call too.

2. AvidTrak: cheapest to start, but it costs the most per minute

AvidTrak starts at $15/mo. That is the lowest start price on this page. Ours is higher.

The catch is the price per minute. AvidTrak charges $0.07/min on its Starter plan. It only drops to $0.05 on its $55 Agency plan.

Kurrent charges $0.0032/min. That is about 16 times less per minute than AvidTrak’s best rate, and about 22 times less than its Starter rate. (That is our math, from their posted prices.)

So which one costs less? It depends on your size. If you use a few thousand minutes a month, buy AvidTrak. Its low plan fee is most of your bill. Kurrent is only for teams spending $1,795 a month or more. At that size, the price per minute is what matters most.

3. WhatConverts: tracking with the lead attached

WhatConverts starts at $30/mo, and that includes $30 of usage. After that, minutes are $0.045/min and numbers are $2.50/number/mo.

WhatConverts shows you the lead, not just the call. Calls, forms and chats all land in one place, with what each lead is worth. Agencies like it for client reports.

Like CallRail, it tracks calls but does not route them to buyers. There is no bidding.

4. CallScaler: the same usage price on every plan

CallScaler starts at $45/mo. Its pay-per-call plan is $400/mo. Every plan pays the same usage price: $0.045/min and $0.50/number/mo.

That makes CallScaler easy to plan for. A bigger plan buys you more features, not a different rate. So the bill you work out yourself is likely to match the real one.

Its local number, at fifty cents a month, is the cheapest on this page. Ours is $1.00.

5. Convirza: low start price, but you pay to record

Convirza starts at $29/mo, with unlimited tracked calls. Its agency plan is $149/mo. Numbers are $3/number/mo.

Convirza charges per minute in a different way. It does not charge for the call. It charges for recording the call, at $0.08/min.

Most teams record every call. If you do, that is your real price per minute. If you only record some calls, Convirza costs less than it looks.

AI call scoring costs extra, from $0.02 a minute. Add that in if you need it.

6. TrackDrive: the closest match to Ringba

TrackDrive has no plan fee on pay-as-you-go. Local minutes are $0.055/min, numbers are $4/number/mo, and spam-tag help is $5/mo.

TrackDrive works most like Ringba. It routes calls to buyers the same way. If you want to keep doing exactly what you do now, this is the easiest move.

Its bill is also the hardest to guess. We counted eleven different charges on its pricing page. None of them are hidden, but a quote built from the minute price alone will come out too low. We priced every charge on TrackDrive vs Kurrent.

7. Retreaver: ask them for a price

Other websites say Retreaver costs about $0.05 a minute, with numbers around $1 a month and no plan fee.

We could not check that. Retreaver does not post its prices. Its pricing link, retreaver.com/pricing, is a dead link as of 26 September 2026. So we did not put a number in the table.

Being hard to price does not make a tool bad. If Retreaver interests you, ask them for a price in writing.

8. Invoca: for big brands, priced by quote

Invoca is for large brands. It listens to calls and sends what it learns back to your ad tools. It does not post prices. Its pricing page only has “Get Your Quote” buttons.

If you are a big brand with a large ad budget, Invoca is a strong choice. If you run a pay-per-call business and watch every cent, it is not built for you.

9. Phonexa: calls and leads in one place, priced by quote

Phonexa handles both calls and web leads in one system. For a Ringba team, it is one of the closest fits on this page.

It does not post prices either. Its pricing page shows features and a “Get a Custom Quote” button. So you will need to call them before you can compare.

10. Kurrent: the full toolset, with no markup on your minutes

Kurrent gives a call desk the tools it needs, in one place:

  • Every SIP line and phone number is a source with its own routing.
  • Limits for each source: calls at once, calls per second and SIP invites per minute.
  • Calls are screened before they ring: your blacklist, then any validation APIs you choose, such as a line-type, consent or fraud check.
  • A pre-ping asks the buyer if it wants the call before you transfer it.
  • Webhooks for call events as they happen, plus a full API.
  • A call log and raw SIP logs, so you can trace any call end to end.

The checks use your own vendors and your own keys, so there is no markup on a lookup either.

Then there is the price. Ringba charges $0.05/min and $2/number/mo. Kurrent charges one flat monthly fee and adds nothing to your minutes. You pay the carrier directly on your own Telnyx account, from $0.0032/min and $1/number/mo.

At one million minutes a month, Ringba’s own prices add up to about $50,300. The same calls on Kurrent come to about $27,800, because your minutes never pass through us. We show all the math on Ringba vs Kurrent.

Kurrent is built for teams spending $1,795 a month or more, because that is where the savings add up. We set it up with you, and you need your own Telnyx account. One thing it does not have is Ringba’s marketplace of buyers who bid on your calls. If you rely on that, keep it.

Send us your bill

A price list is not a bill. The only way to know what switching saves is to price your real calls.

Send us last month’s Ringba bill. We will split it into carrier costs and software costs, then price each line on Kurrent. Anything we cannot replace stays on the bill, marked as theirs.

If you spend less than $1,795 a month, we will point you to one of the tools above instead of quoting you.
