Kapture · TCPA consent form

A TCPA consent form that keeps its own proof

Describe the form, or keep the one you already run and add one script tag. Every submission is recorded as it happens: the fields, the page the person saw, the disclosure on it and the box they ticked, as a replay plus a tamper-proof record in storage you own.

2,000 free tokens for new accounts. No credit card needed.

Who it is for

For lead generators, lead buyers and anyone who calls or texts people who filled in a form. If a consumer disputes consent, you can show exactly what they saw and did.

Build it in Kapture

  1. Sign up and describe your form, or copy the script tag onto the form you already run.
  2. Write your disclosure beside the checkbox; have counsel review the wording.
  3. Connect your own storage bucket so records stay yours for as long as you need them.
  4. Submit a test lead and open its replay.
  5. Pass the record ID with each lead so buyers can check it.

Questions

What should a TCPA consent form record?
The FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule asks for the name and number of the person who consented, the request as it was presented, the purpose, the consent itself and the date. A recording of the actual session covers the "as presented" part that screenshots miss.
How much does it cost to record consent?
A lead recording is 1 token, $0.001. 10,000 recorded submissions a month is $10 of tokens (the smallest purchase is $20). New accounts start with 2,000 free tokens, no credit card needed.
Does a recorded form make my leads TCPA compliant?
No tool can promise that. A recording proves what happened; the disclosure wording still has to be right. See our plain-English guide to TCPA consent records.
