How does e-sign work?
An e-signature lets you sign a document online instead of on paper. In the US, it is just as legal as signing with a pen for most contracts.
How to sign a document online
- Upload your document. Kapture finds where each person needs to sign, and where their name and the date go.
- Add the people who need to sign, and hit send. They each get a link, open the document and sign with a click.
- Everyone gets the finished copy, with a record of who signed and when.
A recording of every signing
Kapture also records the whole signing, so you can replay exactly what the signer saw and did. What is a recorded e-signature?
What it costs
DocuSign Standard costs $30 per person each month, and each person can send 100 documents a year (every DocuSign plan).
Kapture is 25 cents per signed document, or $15 a month to send as many as you want, with no per-person fees. Try it free, no credit card needed.
