Google Forms pricing, and what a recorded lead form costs
Google Forms comes with a personal Google account, and teams get it with Google Workspace. Google does not list a recording of the person filling the form. For lead forms that need proof, Kapture builds and hosts the form from a sentence, with recording on, or you add the pixel to a form on your own site.

What Kapture has
- Describe a form in a sentence and Kapture builds and hosts it, with recording on. Or add one script tag on a form on your own site, and mark the form for recording (
data-kapture). - Each submission is recorded as a replay, and Kapture records the exact consent wording, word for word, as the person saw it.
- Each submission is saved as a tamper-proof, time-stamped record. Records are kept in your own storage bucket if you connect one; otherwise KX21 storage keeps them for 90 days.
- A verification id (kap_vid) travels with every lead, so a buyer can check it with an API key you share.
- Leads go to your systems by signed webhook.
A form Kapture builds and hosts, with recording on, is $0.005/certificate (5 tokens) a lead with your own storage bucket, or $0.015 (15 tokens) on KX21 storage. Recording a lead on a form on your own site is $0.001/certificate (1 token) with your own connected storage. There are no seats and no response caps. New accounts start with 2,000 free tokens, with no card, and they never expire. After that, the smallest purchase is $20.
All in, against all in
Take 5,000 leads a month. A Google Form cannot carry the Kapture pixel, so have Kapture build and host that one lead form, with recording on: 5,000 × $0.005/certificate = $25 a month with your own storage bucket, or 5,000 × $0.015 = $75 a month on KX21 storage (our math).
If the lead form lives on your own site instead, add one script tag on your form and mark the form for recording (data-kapture): 5,000 × $0.001/certificate = $5 a month with your own connected storage.
Workspace, if you buy it for your team, is $7/user/mo for Business Starter on a 1-year commitment, or $8.40 month to month.
The Kapture pixel cannot record a form hosted on docs.google.com or inside Google’s embed: that form runs in another site’s frame, where the script cannot see it. So the lead form moves to Kapture, or to a page on your own site.
Other things to know
